We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Unused, unworn, with original tags (if applicable)

In original packaging

Unboxing video is mandatory (continuous, unedited video from opening the package)

Proof of purchase (order ID / receipt) is required

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will share return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without approval.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos

Mandatory unboxing video

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personal care & beauty products

Items without an unboxing video

Used or altered products

Items returned after 7 days

Items damaged due to misuse

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards (if applicable)

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before placing a return request.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Product received damaged or defective

Conditions:

Unboxing video is compulsory

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days

Subject to stock availability

We do not offer exchanges for size preference, color preference, or change of mind.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled by the vendor for approved cases

No restocking or handling fees are charged

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer

⏱ Refund processing time:

8–10 working days after approval

Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
